Pentair is offering an Operations Sr. Supervisor role in Reynosa. You will oversee manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.

This position requires bilingual English and Spanish and a strong background in high-volume production environments. You will coordinate with Maintenance and Quality, analyze performance data, and promote teamwork across the workforce to deliver on time and with high quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or operations fields.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing operations, senior level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production control.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Sr. Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, with the highest quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost.

This position is responsible for leading production teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while supporting operational excellence across the manufacturing area.

You Will:

• Supervise and monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and operational standards.
• Lead daily operations by guiding and supporting team leaders and operators, ensuring workplace organization and process discipline.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as applicable legal and internal training requirements.
• Analyze production performance data (KPIs, yields, and production order closings) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to address equipment failures and product quality issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage the procurement of production supplies and support monthly production order closings.
• Promote a culture of employee engagement, teamwork, and cross-training across the workforce.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in senior supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production control, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
