Formación

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of projects and ensure they meet deadlines.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure project alignment with company goals.
• Manage virtual assistants, delegating tasks effectively.
• Provide support for payroll, HR procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
