Job summary

Confie is seeking a Project Manager to drive operational projects, launches, and client growth from initiation through delivery in Mexico City. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and budgets while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in similar roles, advanced English, PMP/PMI training, and strong skills in Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, and Visio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or similar.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• PMP or PMI certifications or courses are a plus.
• Advanced English level (C1+).
• Computer knowledge: Office, Teams, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Visio, Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Provide defined requirements, timelines, resources, and guidelines to multi-functional projects.
• Coordinate and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage agendas, publish meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and risk management; report on progress and status.
• Control process maps and flow charts; ensure quality and metrics compliance.
• Communicate effectively with operations, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Track purchases lead times and assign tasks to internal teams.
• Use Smartsheet to control schedules, resources, and expenses.
• Publish project communication plans and reports.
• Identify obstacles and collaborate with the project team to remove them.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Gather and publish project status information.
• Maintain knowledge of project-related metrics and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
