Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Hotel Management degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related marketing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly tracking and marketing reports, including status and performance metrics.
• Create and audit leads through history research and profiling of guests and members.
• Coordinate contest announcements and marketing event planning for team activities and recognition.
• Audit marketing materials, collateral, and stock at workstations per company policies.
• Provide operational support to Marketing & Sales teams and coordination with Tour Reception teams.
