A global technology firm is seeking a Product Champion for Courier Pricing Technology in Ciudad de México. This role will support global operations by ensuring successful pricing models, monitoring performance, and providing data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in strategy or analytics, strong SQL and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree. You’ll collaborate with Product Operations and regional teams to drive business outcomes. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess.

Formación

  • Proficiency in English.

About the Role

Global Marketplace Operations connects Product teams with regional Operations, ensuring smooth technology management across experiments, rollouts, and performance assessments. We also support local teams in prioritizing operational and competitive needs within the broader product roadmap.

As the Product Champion for Courier Pricing Technology, you will guide the financial and operational success of our pricing models. You’ll monitor product performance, support experimentation and global rollouts, and translate marketplace and reliability trends into meaningful business outcomes.

This role is central to scaling our operations. You will build expansion playbooks, manage the global allocation framework, and ensure financial targets are met while adapting to marketplace needs. You’ll also deliver monthly performance reports and weekly data-driven insights to help guide leadership decisions.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Operations, regional teams, Legal, and Finance.

What You’ll Do
Courier Pricing & Marketplace Performance
  • Own the performance of courier pricing models and the key inputs that shape them, including ETDs/ATDs, guardrails, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.

  • Understand the unique qualities of each market and adjust strategies to match local needs and constraints.

Product Champion Responsibilities
  • Monitor the launch and rollout of new product features and experiments, assessing both financial and operational outcomes.

  • Build and refine playbooks and best practices to support global rollout and ongoing management of courier pricing technologies.

  • Track weekly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) across pricing models and flag meaningful deviations to regional teams and Product partners.

Insights & Problem Solving
  • Provide weekly insights on marketplace reliability, performance, and volatility to guide regional allocation decisions.

  • Blend quantitative analysis with qualitative research to uncover actionable opportunities.

  • Lead courier pricing improvement initiatives that address pain points and inform the future product roadmap.

What You\'ll Need
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, or similar areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL is a MUST.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured insights that support decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and tailor messages for different audiences.

  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A curious, creative, and solutions-focused mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build alignment without direct authority.

  • Experience using Python.
