Job summary

KEENFINITY is a leading electronics manufacturing solutions provider, employing around 1,400 specialists across global regions. The Operations Manager will drive stable, scalable daily manufacturing operations in an EMS environment, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You'll coach Value Stream Managers, lead cross-functional teams, and embed robust production systems while advancing a strong P&L and continuous improvement culture. Advanced English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience in an EMS environment.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and assembly operations.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams via influence and coaching.
• Strong P&L and cost-control mindset; advanced English; basic German.

The Operations Manager ensures stable, predictable, and scalable execution of daily manufacturing operations within an EMS environment. This role is key to strengthening operational discipline, developing Value Stream Managers, and embedding robust production systems that consistently deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost results.

With a strong P&L mindset, the Operations Manager drives budget control, routing ratio improvements, and sustainable productivity gains. Acting as a true multiplier, this role builds operational capability through people, fosters a strong continuous improvement culture, and ensures performance management and problem-solving are part of everyday operations.

What your profile should look like:

• You hold a Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• You bring 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within an EMS environment.
• You have a solid understanding of SMT, PCBA, and assembly operations.
• You are comfortable leading large, cross-functional teams through influence and coaching.
• You operate with a strong P&L and cost-control mindset.
• You communicate confidently in advanced English; basic German is a plus.
• You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to make clear, calm decisions under pressure.
• You are passionate about developing people and building sustainable operational systems.
