Job summary

You'll coach Value Stream Managers, lead cross-functional teams, and embed robust production systems while advancing a strong P&L and continuous improvement culture. Advanced English is required; German is a plus.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in an EMS environment.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and assembly operations.
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams via influence and coaching.
- Strong P&L and cost-control mindset; advanced English; basic German.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational stability and consistency across manufacturing operations.
- Coach, develop, and empower Value Stream Managers.
- Drive daily management routines and performance control.
- Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Standardize processes to enable scalability, and ownership culture.
- Embed cost awareness and operational excellence into daily execution.
