Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, drive manufacturing performance, and develop a high-performing engineering team in a fast-paced electronics environment.

The role focuses on standardizing processes, implementing continuous improvement programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Advanced English is preferred for global coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with SMT, PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing processes preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills; advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and NPI activities.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Program Management to meet objectives.
• Support implementation of new technologies, equipment and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cycle time.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a strong team.

We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, improve manufacturing performance, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team in support of production and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Analyze process data and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to yield, efficiency, scrap reduction, and cycle time.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent to build a strong and capable team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with SMT, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Advanced English communication skills preferred.
