Confidential seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production execution and drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost in a fast-paced plant.

You will manage capacity planning, labor and equipment utilization, and schedule execution, while partnering with planning, quality, maintenance, engineering, supply chain and HR to remove barriers. The role requires a strong shop-floor leader with Lean/Six Sigma experience and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, production scheduling, and shop floor management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, or advanced planning systems.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
