Grupo TECMA in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an Operations Manager to drive the overall performance of a manufacturing unit. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, cost and people leadership, guiding cross-functional teams toward operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 5–8 years in manufacturing, 3+ years of people leadership, strong English skills, and a track record in budgets and performance metrics.

• Advanced English proficiency required.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance of an assigned business unit within the manufacturing facility. This role has full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people leadership. The plant manager leads cross‑functional teams to achieve operational excellence, meet customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement while aligning business unit goals with plant and company objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, managing supervisors or managers.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial results.
• Advanced English level is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
• Previous responsibility for a value stream or business unit.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
