Position Summary:

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operation, performance, and strategic direction of the business unit. This position focuses on driving operational excellence, achieving business targets, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in management positions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and business operations.
• Knowledge of operational management, budgeting, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
