Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility. You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building a capable leadership team.

The role requires 10+ years in automotive manufacturing, experience with 300+ employees, and a strong background in Lean, TPM, and change leadership. On-site availability in Mexico is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading 300+ employees and unionized operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, ensuring world-class safety and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives.
• Develop and execute the plant’s operational strategy.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations with 300+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing unionized operations.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to work on-site.
