Responsabilidades

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across technology and retail functions.
• Drive operational efficiency, performance improvement, and cost optimization.
• Lead, manage, and develop cross-functional operational teams.
• Ensure alignment with global operational standards and KPIs.
• Monitor and improve operational processes to support business growth.
• Act as a key interface between local teams and global stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent execution of company strategy within the Mexican market.

Conocimientos

Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the tech and/or retail sector

Strong understanding of the Mexican technology and retail market

Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

Demonstrated leadership and people management experience

Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment
