Carrier is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader to head multi-cell production, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure targets and financial objectives are met. You will oversee labor efficiency, resource use, scheduling, and performance improvements, fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Core Tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve production goals and meet operational targets.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, waste reduction, attendance, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and employee development.
• Manage workforce planning and labor resources in alignment with the financial plan and budget.
• Analyze production downtime and provide support to resolve operational issues.
• Lead RRCA reviews to address performance gaps.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and Carrier OS.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and procedures on the production floor.
• Lead and develop a team of Cell Leaders and production personnel.
• Direct production scheduling and work sequencing to meet delivery commitments.
