Carrier is seeking a manufacturing operations leader to drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement across multiple production cells in Nuevo León. You will manage scheduling, labor resources, budgets, and RRCA reviews, promoting accountability, problem solving, and operational excellence to meet production targets and financial goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in production or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing personnel, productivity, labor planning, and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• English proficiency preferred.
