Job summary

Mondelez México seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Excellence to lead the plant's end-to-end Operational Excellence program. You will drive TPM adoption, advance continuous improvement, and partner across Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality to deliver reliable and cost-efficient production.

You will coach multi-functional teams, build capability, and ensure governance and compliance. A strong engineering background and a track record in FMCG manufacturing are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience leading or deploying comprehensive Operational Excellence programs such as TPM, IWS, or WCM.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders across a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute the plant's end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy.
• Drive TPM maturity and sustainability across pillars with consistent methodologies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, eliminate losses, and enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and other functions to embed continuous improvement into daily operations.
