Job summary

Mondelez México in Puebla is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Excellence to lead end-to-end Operational Excellence and TPM deployment across the plant. You will build capabilities, mentor multi-functional teams, and drive a culture of continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence programs (TPM, IWS, WCM) across manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant's end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy.
• Drive TPM deployment across pillars and ensure sustainability.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, eliminate losses, and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality to embed continuous improvement.
• Build capabilities and coach teams to maintain best practices.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress toward productivity, quality, safety and cost goals.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports with clear priorities.
