Mondelēz International Tlajomulco plant seeks a senior manufacturing leader to sustain technical mastery and line leadership, delivering results aligned with the site’s strategic priorities. In this first managerial role, you will drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets, translate them into line and unit goals, and oversee budgets, governance, and workforce planning.

Qualificações

• Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems.
• Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards on dedicated equipment.
• Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3.
• Leading line teams.
• Handling challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
• Influencing people in a union environment.
• Communicating effectively verbally and in writing and a good attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a line team to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets.
• Develop budgets and manage costs, governance and compliance.
• Plan workforce, recruitment, retention, development, and succession.
