Scale AI is seeking a results-driven Operations professional in Mexico City to own and optimize the delivery of customer commitments, building and refining critical operational processes with cross-functional teams. You will pilot pilots, tests, and experiments to remove bottlenecks and accelerate impact.

The ideal candidate is analytical, scrappy, and outcome-focused, with strong English, data literacy, and a background in analytics-heavy undergrad or graduate studies.

Formación

• Advanced English skills.
• Industry experience (2+ years) in an operational role or top-tier consulting.
• An undergraduate degree with analytics emphasis and/or a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem solving with scrappiness to deliver results.
• Analytical, planning, and process improvement capability.
• Experience with reading SQL or demonstrated analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and drive some of our most critical operational processes.
• Own the day-to-day delivery of customer commitments.
• Create an effective feedback loop between the front line, product, strategy, and customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers.
