Aon Corporation is seeking a Business Operations Associate to support NA Talent Solutions with analytics, governance, and process improvement. You will help enable better outcomes by partnering with leaders to strengthen operating discipline and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities include documenting and standardizing processes, owning dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and delivery excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an operations, analytics, consulting, or business management role.
• Strong analytical skills withDashboard and reporting experience to support business decisions.
• Power BI experience including data modeling, dashboard development, and insight storytelling for business and leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( Pivot Tables ); experience with large, complex data sets.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills to support multiple processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Comfortable enabling and influencing leaders at multiple levels through clear data, dashboards, and structured insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, outcome‑driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and execution excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Support end‑to‑end business processes across NA Talent Solutions, including forecasting, utilization management, billing hygiene, revenue recognition support, capacity planning.
• Document, standardize, and improve operational processes for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Own and enhance management reporting and dashboards, with Power BI as the primary tool.
• Translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights to inform decisions.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities through data‑driven analysis.
• Project manage operational initiatives aligned to practice priorities like margin improvement and scalable delivery.
• Partner with finance and operations to ensure data accuracy across tools and reporting.
• Support rollout and adoption of standardized tools, reporting, and ways of working across NA Talent Solutions.
