Aon is seeking a data-driven professional to join the NA Talent Solutions Operations team in a hybrid capacity. You will enable better business outcomes by partnering with practice leadership to strengthen operating discipline, improve forecasting, and support core processes across Talent Solutions.

You will own dashboards and reporting, translate complex data into executive-ready insights, and collaborate with finance and operations to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in operations, analytics, consulting, or business management.
• Power BI experience including data modeling, dashboard development, and storytelling for leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, Pivot Tables, and handling large/complex datasets.
• Strong project management and ability to support multiple processes simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end business processes across NA Talent Solutions, including forecasting, utilization management, billing hygiene, revenue recognition, and capacity planning.
• Document, standardize, and improve operational processes for consistency and scalability.
• Own and enhance management reporting and dashboards, with Power BI as the primary tool.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis for leaders.
• Project manage initiatives aligned to practice priorities like margin improvement and scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure data accuracy and transparency across tools and outputs.
• Support rollout of standardized tools, reporting, and ways of working across NA Talent Solutions.
