You will support leaders and operations, requiring proficiency in Excel and MS 365, plus a willingness to learn new tools.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a related field (CS/Business)
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions
• Experienced with MS PowerPoint and MS 365 applications
• Experience supporting leaders/operations
• Willing to learn new programs/databases/software
• Experience with data mining and business intelligence tools

Responsabilidades

• Manage tracking of project portfolios, including communication and reporting
• Maintain access controls to shared services sites
• Update metrics from various Excel sources
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for Operational Excellence
• Create agendas and tasks for project tracking meetings
• Prepare closures and success communications using PowerPoint templates
• Enhance the Best Practices and Lessons Learned program for searchability
• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment
