Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) Engineer to process reticle design data through OPC for accurate transfer to silicon during photolithography.

You will develop and improve processes, automation, and verification methods supporting tapeout operations while collaborating with teams across the United States, Japan, and India. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, and experience with OPC, CAD

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related science field.
• Minimum of 2 years in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong English communication; ability to work with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive OPC job deck development, process flow execution, and recipe optimization to support production and R&D tapeouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new OPC flows and BKMs, solving manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze and troubleshoot OPC process issues to maintain a stable production environment.
• Develop automation, scripts, and process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and recommendations to partners and management.
