Micron Technology in Mexico is seeking an OPC Engineer to drive reticle data through OPC and ensure designs transfer accurately to silicon during photolithography. You will develop and improve processes, automated verification methods, and systems that support tapeout operations.

Collaborating with global teams in the US, Japan, and India, you will implement BKMs, optimize OPC flows, analyze issues, and build automation to reduce cycle time while maintaining high-quality production.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or related science.
• Minimum of 2 years in the semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing technologies, lithography, and photomasks.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and ability to work in global teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive OPC job deck development, process flow execution, and recipe optimization to support production and R&D tapeouts.
• Collaborate with teams from multiple functions to develop new OPC flows, implement BKMs, and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze and troubleshoot OPC process issues, maintaining high-quality work to support a stable production environment.
• Develop automation, scripts, and process improvements that reduce cycle time, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and recommendations to partners and management.
