Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 technical support for HPE NonStop hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues, escalating when necessary.
• Apply patches, firmware updates, and collaborate on software upgrades.
• Participate in customer review meetings.
