Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Leader in Nuevo León to drive end-to-end delivery of production capabilities for new programs. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams through planning, construction, installation, commissioning, validation, and ramp-up to stable operations.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and strong collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and leadership to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.

• Leads complex manufacturing engineering projects from concept through ramp-up.
• Requires a technical leadership role with end-to-end delivery accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major manufacturing projects from concept through launch and stable operations.
• Develop and control integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, procurement, and commissioning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across functions to achieve milestones and business objectives.
• Direct the start-up of manufacturing lines ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and capacity targets.
• Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting to drive timely decisions.
