Caterpillar Inc. in Nuevo León seeks a Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead New Product Introduction projects from concept through production ramp-up, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

You will develop and validate manufacturing processes, manage timelines and risks, and provide advanced machining engineering support across facilities, with emphasis on Lean, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, mechatronics engineering or related field.
• English proficiency for technical documentation and cross-site collaboration is required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive NPI project execution from concept through production ramp-up, actively managing deliverables, timelines, risks and escalation items.
• Lead and oversee multiple projects against objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate project status and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide advanced machining manufacturing engineering support to Caterpillar facilities.
• Identify and implement enhancements for equipment and processes.
• Support planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment and processes.
