Caterpillar Inc. in Nuevo León is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to lead NPI projects from concept through ramp-up. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, maintain schedules, manage risks, and deliver on safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will provide advanced machining engineering support across Caterpillar facilities and drive process and equipment improvements to raise day-to-day manufacturing performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial or mechatronics engineering.
• English proficiency for technical documentation and cross-site collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NPI project execution from concept to production ramp-up and manage timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Provide advanced machining engineering support across Caterpillar facilities.
