Responsibilities

  • Lead and support hourly team members and develop effective teams.
  • Manage Lean and synchronous manufacturing principles to meet production goals.
  • Train and mentor group leaders in standardized methods and JIT.
  • Ensure safety, ergonomics, health, and housekeeping standards.
  • Maintain quality standards and communication with union/management.
