Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
• English proficiency to hold technical conversations.
• Able to rotate 4x3 shifts and work weekends.
• Experience monitoring production activities.
• Hands-on with production improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead GMS processes and support launch and pilot activities in assigned areas.
• Coach and develop hourly team members and group leaders.
• Ensure production schedules, costs and quality targets are met.
