General Motors in Mexico is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead Global Manufacturing Systems processes and support launch activities. You will train and develop hourly team members, drive lean/synchronous manufacturing, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met on a 4x3 on-site schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience, 1 year of relevant production experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or any Engineering — or relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience
• Intermediate proficiency in English, with the ability to hold effective conversations.
• Availability to rotate shifts (4x3) and work weekends.
• Experience in monitoring and managing production activities.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of Office tools and basic AI applications.
• Experience in problem‑solving
• Basic knowledge of Lean tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train hourly team members and evaluate performance.
• Develop highly effective teams and support launch/pilot activities.
• Meet production cost schedules and quality requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain housekeeping.
• Mentor Group Leaders in lean/synchronous manufacturing principles.
