General Motors Corporation in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer (Temporary) to support tool and station projects, define processes, and ensure smooth material flow. The role is on-site with a 5x2 rotating schedule and 10-hour shifts.

You will work with PFMEA, Control Plans, and vendors, contributing to design, construction, installation, and commissioning of production equipment, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field or related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Intermediate English proficiency to clearly express technical ideas.
• Knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plan.
• Basic knowledge of GMS.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support SORs and project management for tools, stations or technologies.
• Define manufacturing processes and sequence operations.
• Consider human factors for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure efficient material flow across production lines.
• Design, construct, integrate, install and launch equipment and tools for high-quality parts, with continuous improvement.
• Provide technical direction to external vendors and oversee their work.
• Develop and test advanced process technologies as needed.
