Persistent Systems in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and workplace transformation initiatives at our new facility. This onsite role focuses on site migration, office relocation, and business separation activities with minimal business disruption.

You will manage end-to-end planning, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating with IT, facilities, vendors, and business leaders across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading site migrations, office relocations, facility transitions, or new site buildouts.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of facility buildout and office relocation projects.
• Coordinate business separation activities and IT continuity during transitions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage onsite execution and serve as the primary contact for all project activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, facilities management, vendors, and external partners to deliver project objectives.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployment activities, including network, telecom, end-user computing, and workplace technology readiness.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, issues, and risks, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and decision-making forums.
• Drive timely resolution of project challenges and manage escalations when required.
