Incluyeme.com in Tijuana, Mexico seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to own site EHS programs. You will lead compliance, safety culture, and risk management across operations, maintenance, engineering and quality teams to ensure safe and regulated manufacturing processes.

You will oversee environmental permitting, industrial hygiene, audits, incident investigations, and training, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related technical discipline.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Minimum 7 years of EHS leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing environmental permitting and regulatory inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and management systems.
• Establish and sustain a strong safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
• Maintain field presence through observations, safety walks, and risk assessments to identify operational risks and stop-work when needed.
• Lead environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, reporting, and agency interactions.
• Partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Quality on process changes and sterilization-related regulatory impacts.
• Lead industrial hygiene and EO-related compliance programs, exposure monitoring, fit testing, and health surveillance.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and drive continuous improvement with timely closure of findings and commitments.
