Stryker is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (Onsite) in Tijuana to lead site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance. You will drive a strong safety culture, manage permits, and oversee industrial hygiene and incident investigations.

Required are a Bachelor's in EHS and 7+ years of leadership in regulated manufacturing, with fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of NOM-028-STPS-2012 is a plus for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related technical discipline.
• Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (written and verbal).
• Minimum 7 years of EHS leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years managing environmental permitting, regulatory inspections, and agency interactions.
• Experience managing contractor safety programs and high-risk operations.
• Working knowledge of Mexico environmental, health, and labor regulations.
• Knowledge of NOM-028-STPS-2012 or equivalent process safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead site Environmental, Health & Safety programs and management systems.
• Establish and sustain a strong safety culture through leadership and engagement.
• Maintain field presence with safety walks, contractor oversight, and risk assessments.
• Serve as site owner for environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Quality on process changes and validations.
• Lead industrial hygiene and EO-related compliance programs.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and analyze EHS metrics to drive improvements.
