You will build segmentation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with clinical and payer strategies while advancing patient access.

Lead demand planning, optimize resources, and drive market shaping medical education to establish Roche as the primary source of medical truth in oncology.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in high-specialty marketing, Oncology preferred.
• Experience launching products in a competitive oncology market.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and digital tools proficiency.
• Fluent English and native Spanish for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define portfolio strategy with 360° go-to-market plans.
• Own creative and scientific narrative to differentiate portfolio.
• Optimize resources and manage investment budget and tools.
• Build relationships with KOLs and medical societies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with field partners and access teams.
• Co-create access plans for private insurers and public institutions.
• Oversee OPEX and achieve annual sales targets.
• Lead demand planning to avoid stock-outs.
• Drive medical education through webinars and forums.
