Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Mexico seeks a Head of Value & Access to lead the design and execution of comprehensive value, access, and pricing strategies for the portfolio, ensuring timely access across public and private channels.

The role partners with the Director of Access to translate portfolio priorities into executable plans and oversees a multidisciplinary team to drive evidence generation, pricing, and access initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in HEOR, Pricing, and/or Market Access in pharma.
• Advanced degree in health sciences or related field.
• Strong command of HEOR, pricing, and reimbursement in Mexico.
• Proven senior stakeholder management and leadership.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead access, value, and pricing strategy for launches and lifecycle.
• Manage and develop Value & Access Partner and Pricing Manager.
• Oversee HEOR studies and ensure alignment with pricing strategy and reimbursement pathways.
• Represent access strategy with internal teams and external health authorities.
