Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams.
• Fluency in the local language and advanced English for global collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the patient journey and data-driven decision making.
• Adaptable, agile mindset with experience in high-growth environments.
