Bristol Myers Squibb in Mexico is seeking a Head of Value & Access to lead design and execution of value, access and pricing strategies for the portfolio, with emphasis on timely launches across public and private channels.

The role partners with Director of Access, translates portfolio priorities into executable plans, manages a multidisciplinary team, and ensures integration of evidence generation, pricing, and institutional access while navigating regulatory risks.

Formación

• 8–10 years of experience in HEOR, Pricing, and/or Market Access in pharma.
• Advanced degree in health sciences, health economics or related field.
• Business-level English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead access, value, and pricing strategy for launches and lifecycle plans.
• Design and present comprehensive launch plans to senior leadership.
• Anticipate risks and propose mitigation with lead time.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, and Finance teams.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate Value & Access Partner and Pricing Manager.
