Trane Technologies in Monterrey seeks an Automation Process Quality Engineer to develop and maintain automation processes for welding and assembly using Fanuc robots. You will ensure process control, capability, safety, and meet project costs and schedules.

The role requires 3+ years in automation, strong Lean/GA tools, and collaboration across Opex initiatives. On-site 5 days a week in Monterrey, with opportunities to mentor the automation team.

Formación

• Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Automation with exposure to manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain automation processes for welding and assembly with Fanuc robots.
• Define machine specs, approval protocols, runoff and installation for capital equipment.
• Apply 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why to determine root cause.
