HCLTech is seeking an IT Support Specialist (on site) to join the Desktop Support team. The role engages with Customer IT design teams, Level 1 Service Desk, and other groups to provide core infrastructure and desktop support across locations.

Responsibilities include 24x5 on-site support, device management, imaging, and VIP user assistance. Strong knowledge of Windows, AD, Intune, and Office 365 is expected, with a focus on global end-user support and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
• 5 years combined experience in desktop support and related technologies.
• Proficient in Windows 10 troubleshooting and registry.
• Experience with AD, Intune, Office 365 and mobile device management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Primary desktop support for Windows OS, Mobile Device Management, Video Conferencing, and L3 application teams.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather data, and perform GAP analysis for end users globally.
• Maintain consistent processes and technologies across the Customer enterprise environment.
• Follow directions from team leads and document issues in the ITSM system.
• Document case status and tasks with end users and follow incident processes.
