Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Building Automation Field Services projects from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate with engineering, sales, subcontractors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Sr Field Services Manager, you will work on-site at our Monterrey location. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PM experience, strong financial acumen, and advanced English

Qualifications

• 6 years of project management experience, preferably in Building Automation or related technical environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Building Automation Field Services projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with field service teams, engineering, sales, subcontractors, and customers.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell standards, quality, and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular project status updates and executive communications.
• Support customer relationship management as a trusted advisor.
• Leverage data and lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
