Honeywell Building Solutions in Monterrey seeks a Field Service Engineer II to provide advanced technical field support for HVAC and BAS/BMS, including installation, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization to ensure reliable operation and energy efficiency.

You will work with customers and site teams, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, configure control systems, and support networked BACnet/Modbus/Niagara frameworks, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent field service experience.
3–5 years of experience in HVAC controls, BAS/BMS, field service engineering or technical service support.
Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, and control platforms (Niagara/Direct Digital Controls).
Experience working with commercial/industrial customers and knowledge of electrical troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of HVAC and BAS/BMS.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment, control systems, field devices, networks, and software applications.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and system upgrades.
Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
Support emergency service calls and critical system recovery efforts.
