Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer II in Monterrey to provide advanced technical field support for HVAC and BAS/BMS. You will install, commission, startup, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize building control systems for reliable operation and energy efficiency.

You will work closely with project teams, service technicians, and facility managers to deliver high-quality service solutions and lifecycle support, including on-site customer guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field service experience.
• 3–5 years in HVAC controls, BAS/BMS or technical service support.
• Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems and BMS/BAS.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, testing, and validation of HVAC and BAS/BMS.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment, control systems, field devices, networks, and software.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and system upgrades.
• Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Support emergency service calls and critical system recovery efforts.
