SBM Offshore is seeking a Crewing Team Lead to manage personnel logistics for operational staff and offshore rotation, including POB planning on FPSOs. You will champion crewing tools and processes, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery and strong team competencies.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, OPITO/IMO/STCW knowledge, and 5+ years in crewing within a marine management environment, with preference for experience in multinational crews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or a similar field.
• OPITO, IMO and STCW knowledge are required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant crewing experience in a marine management company.
• Experience with multinational crew is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee personnel logistics for operational staff and offshore rotation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and assignments as directed by the Personnel Logistics Coordinator.
• Improve crewing tool usage and processes within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the Planner on POB (Personnel On Board) on the FPSO.
