Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist in Mexico City to support the execution of ocean export operations and ensure timely follow-up and accurate information across shipments.

You will coordinate shipping instructions, monitor status, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to optimize routes and improve service while maintaining compliance and high-quality communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight, freight forwarding, customs, or related international trade operations.
• Export operations, bookings, shipment tracking, and documentation.
• Knowledge of international trade documentation and processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned operational cases, bookings, and shipments, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Monitor and update shipment status and operational information to ensure visibility and traceability.
• Coordinate shipping instructions, pre-alerts, documentation, and pickups throughout the export process.
• Maintain effective communication with Carriers, transporters and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational issues and support route optimization and service improvements.
• Review commercial and cargo documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Identify and report discrepancies, supporting their timely resolution.
