Kohler Co. is seeking a Plant Nurse to provide professional nursing care on site at our Juarez facility in Nuevo Leon. You will educate associates on health promotion and maintenance, assist physicians, and coordinate with shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements include a Mexico nursing license and at least two years of occupational health experience; knowledge of Windows-based software is preferred. This role supports safety and well-being across the manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with license to practice in Mexico.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meets medical service objectives applicable to the position.
• Administers nursing care based on individual situations in compliance with regulations.
• Provides appropriate emergency response to injuries within the facility.
• Delivers health education to associates and participates in training.
• Maintains records of activities and communicates with the supervisor.
• Assists with training for EMTs, BLS classes, and health care advice.
• Maintains inventory of medications and sterilizes equipment as needed.
