Sensata seeks a dedicated nurse to support employee health in our Mexico manufacturing environment. You will work closely with physicians, provide nursing care, and assist with examinations and treatments on site.

You will maintain inventories, support preventive health programs, manage documentation, and participate in safety audits and meetings to uphold a safe workplace. A strong team player with solid organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office is essential; availability for shift

Formación

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong organization, planning and time management to achieve results.
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing services to contribute to the well-being of employees and assists doctors with examinations and treatments.
• Administers prescription medications
• Supports preventive programs for health care.
• Ensures that the required level of inventory, supplies and equipment is maintained.
• Participates in meetings and provides notifications of unsafe acts and conditions to leaders, supervisors, medical service, HR, etc.
• Participates in internal, cross and external audits of the ESH system.
• Provides first aid and pre-medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintains the necessary documentation and reporting.
• Asissts in activities and events related to safe working conditions and the health protection of employees.
