Kohler Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Casting & Molds in Juárez, Nuevo León, onsite. You will support production, lead process improvements, and assist with maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations and cost objectives. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 1–2 years of lean manufacturing experience, plus familiarity with Windows-based software. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing lean experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for daily production, quality control, problem solving, cost reduction and meeting delivery schedules.
• Oversee production processes and suggest changes to improve efficiency.
• Support maintenance in keeping tools and dies functional and troubleshoot processes.
