The role involves providing nursing services, managing medications, and maintaining health-related documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Mexico. Collaboration across teams and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Nursing experience in occupational health or employee healthcare.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services to contribute to employee well-being and assist doctors with examinations and treatments.
• Administer prescribed medications as needed.
• Support preventive healthcare programs for employees.
• Ensure inventory, supplies and equipment are maintained.
• Participate in meetings and report unsafe acts and conditions to leaders, HR, and medical services.
• Participate in internal, cross and external audits of the ESH system.
• Provide first aid and pre-medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintain necessary documentation and reporting.
• Assist in activities related to safe working conditions and health protection of employees.

General Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing services to contribute to the well‑being of employees and assists doctors with examinations and treatments.

• Participates in meetings and provides notifications of unsafe acts and conditions to leaders, supervisors, medical service, HR, etc.
• Participates in internal, cross and external audits of the ESH system.
• Provides first aid and pre‑medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintains the necessary documentation and reporting.
• Asissts in activities and events related to safe working conditions and the health protection of employees.

Experience / Qualifications

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self‑accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
